Crown Shape: Choose from a variety of crown styles, whether you're looking for tall, short, pinched, rounded, telescoped, asymetrical, or something entirely unique to your personal taste.

Brim: Customize the shape and size of the brim to match your style and needs. Whether you prefer a wide brim for more coverage or a sleek, minimal design, we can create the perfect profile for you. Some brim examples are flat, bowled, pencil curled, bound.

Sweatband: Select from our current options of 100% leather sweatbands and choose your personalized monogram.

Trimmings: Add the finishing touches with your choice of trimmings. From ribbons, bows, laces, braids, and embroidery to underbrim fabrics, hat pins, and findings, we offer a wide range of trim styles to personalize your hat.
Fitting
Two things will make your hat a perfect fit! Size and Shape
Step 1: We Measure Your Head for Size.
To ensure a perfect fit, we begin by carefully measuring your head circumeference with a flexibe tailors measuring tape.
Step 2: We Mold of the Shape of Your Head
Next, we use our exclusive molding system of flexible wire to capture the exact shape of your head. Using this we create a brim block that replicates the shape of your head and accurately reflects the natural contours of your skull. Our proprietary system ensures that every lump, bump and curve is captured, allowing us to create a perfectly customized product.
